Caoimhe Lynn is classically trained in piano, flute and vocal melody and harmony. She has completed all of the Royal Irish Academy of Music examinations in both pianoforte and classical flute up to Senior Certificate level. She played with the Mayo Youth Orchestra for four years as a flautist and was awarded a high achievers award with the Academy at the age of 15. Caoimhe is also a piano teacher and has taught piano to students of all ages for almost ten years. She played guitar in an acoustic trio for nearly three years and has performed at various gigs,functions and ceremonies in the West of Ireland for the past number of years. Caoimhe has accompanied various singers on a range of instruments including piano, guitar and flute. She recently completed a number of studio recordings with her two sisters Niamh and Ciara.
Niamh Lynn is classically trained in violin and guitar. She has completed all of the Royal Irish Academy of Music examinations in violin up to Senior Certificate level. Niamh also played violin with the Mayo Youth Orchestra for four years and has performed at various events nationwide. Niamh has taught classical violin to students of all ages for nearly four years with a view to preparing them for the Royal Irish Academy of Music examinations each year. She was also a member of an acoustic trio with her sister Caoimhe and has performed at various functions, events and gigs in the West of Ireland. Niamh has also recorded some material with her two sisters Caoimhe and Ciara.
Ciara Lynn is clasically trained in flute and piano. She has also completed all of the examinations in both instruments with the Royal Irish Academy of Music up to Senior Certificate level. Ciara was awarded a high achievers award by the Royal Irish Academy of Music for both classical piano and flute in 2010. She is also a qualified piano teacher and has been teaching students of all ages for the past five years with a view to students successfully completing the Royal Irish Academy of Music examinations. Ciara is also professionally trained in percussion and has extensive experience and expertise in playing an acoustic drum kit. Ciara performed along with her sisters on a number of studio recordings completed this year. She is a member of an acoustic trio with her two sisters and regularly plays at gigs and functions in the West.
